The 35th America’s Cup will feature a rematch from the 34th edition

Great Sound, Bermuda – Helmsman Peter Burling’s Emirates Team New Zealand has won the right to avenge their heartbreaking defeat to Oracle Team USA four years ago in San Francisco. Racing began under difficult conditions because of the lack of wind thus. This forced the race to be abandoned when the 25-minute was reached. The Kiwi’s had a lead at the time of the abandonment over Artemis Racing of Sweden.

When they attempted the race again Emirates Team New Zealand was ready as they had a great start and for the first time they reached the first mark ahead of Artemis in the series. From there they whistled around the course for a convincing win and a chance to take the America’s Cup back to New Zealand.

The America’s Cup Matches begin this Saturday and Sunday from beautiful Bermuda. Follow Goslings_Sport on social media for updates and reports from Bermuda. Goslings is the official Rum and Ginger Beer of the 35th America’s Cup.
